CES 9693 - Cardio Interval Training

Enjoy this combination high/low impact cardio workout guaranteed to energize your body and help you get in shape. Warm-up, stretch, and then experience the cardio circuit which includes step aerobics, kick-boxing, basic step, and sports conditioning. Couple this with strength training and core exercises for overall toning and flexibility. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
