CES 9653 - Energize & Tone

Energize your workout with this power-packed class combining low impact aerobic conditioning, and strength and flexibility training. This class will help you to energize your body, and improve muscle strength, tone and appearance. The use of balls, stretch bands, free weights and your body's own resistance are incorporated for variety. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
