CES 9571 - The Original Fusion Fitness Workout

Fusion Fitness is a unique cross training program that incorporates the best of Pilates, yoga, and dance conditioning. Expect a low impact, total body workout that will add shape without bulking up. Pilates based exercises will develop core abdominal strength, dance conditioning will reshape and precision-toning techniques will firm. Yoga warm-up and cool-down will add flexibility. Dance background not required. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
