CES 9509 - High Energy/Low Impact Aerobics

Enjoy a fun, energizing, motivating aerobics class in a friendly non-threatening setting. This class combines traditional aerobic moves with calisthenics, introduction to kickboxing, basic step and interval training. The strength portion of the class utilizes free weights, bands and balls. Get a power workout for all fitness levels. Relieve stress, make friends, see results! Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
