CES 9489 - Cardio-Karate Kickboxing

Have fun and get a full body, fat-burning workout - all done to music! Cardio-Karate burns 800 calories per hour making it the number one form of aerobic workout. Learn to kick, punch, and block, do weight and toning exercises, and simple self-defense techniques. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
