CES 9315 - Step Aerobics

This beginning step class is a great way to get a cardiac workout. Begin with a warm-up and continue with bench stepping, followed by a complete muscle toning program and cool down. Enjoy a safe and effective workout for both men and women. Steps are provided. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
