Do you know how to ride a motorcycle, but don't have a license? Or perhaps you have the license, but want to brush up on your riding skills? Review and practice the basic riding skills of braking, counter steering, turning, and speed judgment as you tune up your safe riding practices. You will take a riding skills test covering the riding exercises used in the Secretary of State Motorcycle Skills Test. You must be at least 15 years of age to take this class. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver to authorize your participation. Your parent or legal guardian must be present at the start of the class to sign this waiver or you will be unable to participate in the class. Upon successful completion of this test and course, you will be given a completion card that the Secretary of State recognizes to waive the riding skills test required for a cycle endorsement. Students must furnish their own cycle. Sharing cycles is not allowed. Scooters will be allowed in this class. The scooter must be titled and properly registered as a motorcycle in the student's name, and must display a valid motorcycle license plate. ALL students MUST provide proof of insurance for their bike, and the bike must pass a safety inspection prior to taking the riding skills test.*
