CES 3440 - Diversified Guitar I

Learn to play in many different styles including: country, folk, bluegrass, Spanish, classical, jazz, blues, slide, soft rock and hard rock. Learn both fingerpicking and flatpicking. Get started on reading notes, tablature, and chord charts, as well as on ear training. (Styles focused on will vary according to the interests of the class as a whole.) This is a beginner class - class repeaters welcome, but please, no advanced players. You must bring your own folk or classical guitar to class.*
