CES 2414 - Innovative Culinary Technology Practicum - Business Product Development: Part 3

Consolidate your culinary technology knowledge and skills as you create a new product based on a supplied product idea and business channel. Starting with a product idea, you will develop basic and business channel ideas and benchmarking guidelines. You'll do progression reports and sensory testing, conduct evaluations, develop vendor specifications, collect data and demonstrate food and safety guidelines by developing a technological standard.
