After a summer enjoying your favorite grilled foods, it's hard to give them up. The great news is you don't have to! You can get a nice grilled flavor without the outdoor's fuss using an indoor grill. Discover how to adjust recipes and cooking times for a variety of indoor grills. Then prepare vegetables, herbs, marinades and meats in preparation for the indoor grilling, plating and, of course, the sampling. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Skill Development or instructor's approval.*
