Learn how to make authentic Mexican seafood dishes including: Ceviche, Shrimp Guacamole and Mexico's famous Vercrusana-style fish. Dive in and catch yourself some tasty, new ways to prepare seafood - Mexican style. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Skill Development or instructor's approval.*
