CES 2344 - Prepare Fresh Meals in Advance: Hands-on & Demo

Simplify your life by learning to prepare a work weeks worth of meals. Learn to prep/cook ninety-percent of a meal in advance leaving just minutes of finish time to bring the meal to the table. Working with Chef Marcus, put three, four-portioned dinners together; one beef, one chicken and one fish. Each class section will feature different recipes. Containers will be provided. Bring a cooler to transport your fare. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Hands-on or with instructor's approval.*
