It is perfect for an elegant and tasty layered sandwich, and is a wonderful accompaniment to soup, salad or a pasta dinner. Learn to make rustic bread from shaping techniques to working with yeasts and a variety of grains. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Hands-on or with instructor's approval.*
