Learn how to prepare some of these well-known ethnic breads including savory breadsticks, flatbreads, New York style bagels, brioche, German and Swiss rye breads and Italian rustic breads. Begin your own tradition as you prepare these international gems! Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Skill Development or with chef's approval.*
