CES2 1538 - Michigan Mortgage Loan Officer Licensing Prep Course

If you are an individual already practicing in the mortgage business for less than five years, are a new license applicant wanting to get into the mortgage business, or are an experienced mortgage professional looking for a refresher to prepare to take the mandated Michigan Mortgage Loan Officer Licensing Exam, this course is for you. Course content includes a review of specific exam content including general mortgage knowledge, federal mortgage-related laws, the mortgage loan process, ethics and Michigan statutes and rules pertaining to mortgage banking. This course is approved by the Michigan Department of Labor to meet the mandatory minimum 24-hour course requirement to take the Michigan Mortgage Loan Officer Licensing Exam.*
