CES2 1533 - Residential Contractors' License - Builder 2

This course is required by State law as a prerequisite for taking the Michigan Builder's Exam. You will learn about the following aspects of the exam: Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Act (MIOSHA), Design and Building Science (including layout, specifications, estimating, excavation, footings, foundation walls, concrete, carpentry, masonry, roofing, insulation, ventilation, windows/doors, siding, interior and exterior finishing), and Michigan Residential Code. Please bring a notebook, pen, calculator and highlighter to the first class. Textbooks are included in the course cost.*
