CES 0937 - Mediation Practical Experience - Domestic Relations

Observe the court process and gain additional mediation experience in the area of domestic relations. Classes are held off campus in a location to be arranged by instructors. Students should be prepared to be available all day to fulfill these requirements. Prerequisite: CES 0931 Basic Mediation, CES 0935 MI General Law or Juris Doctorate, CES 0934 Domestic Relations Mediation, and CES 0936 Domestic Violence Screening Protocol. The prerequisite applies to the Schoolcraft College certificate and not the SCAO requirements. Students will be notified of class location.*
