Drop from a Course (Refund)

Should you wish to adjust your schedule prior to the start of the semester or during the published schedule adjustment period, you may drop your class for a refund through WebAdvisor.

Credit card payments made online through WebAdvisor will be credited to the account used for payment. All other refunds will be issued to the student by check or direct deposit.

Withdraw from a Course (No Refund)

Please note that there is no refund for withdrawn classes. If you are on financial aid it is highly recommended that you contact the Financial Aid Department prior to withdrawing from your classes as the withdraw may result in a balance owed to the school.

You may withdraw from classes through WebAdvisor. You are responsible for classroom activity until you officially withdraw from the class. Withdrawal deadlines are published in the course schedule and on the Academic Calendar.

Withdrawals may also be requested by fax. The faxed request must include your name, student number, signature, and the course name, number and section number. A copy of your driver’s license must be submitted with your fax request. The date the fax is received is the student’s official withdrawal date.
