Whalers hockey to host Schoolcraft Night Feb. 11
Discounted tickets for students are part of Schoolcraft College Night at the Plymouth Whalers hockey game at Compuware Arena on Saturday, February 11. The night is a celebration of the long-running partnership between Schoolcraft and the Whalers.
Think Pink, enjoy great basketball, and support breast cancer research on February 15
Schoolcraft College is once again sponsoring the Pink Zone to benefit the Kay Yow WBCA (Women Coaches Basketball Association) Breast Cancer Research Fund. The highlight of the evening’s activities is a basketball doubleheader against area rival, Henry Ford Community College. Tickets are only $5.00 for adults and a $10.00 admission includes a t-shirt. Admission gets you in to see both the women’s game at 5:30 p.m. and the men’s game at 7:30 p.m.
Pageturners discusses "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" in February
Snow Flower and the Secret Fan will be discussed Monday, February 20, 2012, at 4 p.m. and again Tuesday, February 21 at 1:30 p.m. in the Bradner Library on the college’s main campus in Livonia, and Thursday, February 23 at 10:14 a.m. at the Radcliff Center in Garden City. The book discussions are free and open to the public. The book is available at significant discount at the Schoolcraft College Bookstore.
Full-Day Kindergarten Open House is March 1
On Thursday, March 1 Schoolcraft College's Children’s Center will host a Kindergarten Open House from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Children's Center is the college's onsite child care facility that is open to the public. It is located on the college’s main campus in Livonia on Haggerty Road between Six and Seven Mile Roads.

Universal Human Rights art display through February
The Student Activities Office of Schoolcraft College is hosting a special exhibit throughout the month of February featuring artists' from around the globe and their expressions of universal human rights. The exhibit will be on display in the Lower Waterman area (in the VisTaTech Center) on the college's main campus in Livonia, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
