American Harvest Restaurant
The Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts Department welcomes you to our student operated restaurant, the American Harvest. Our culinary arts program has received both national and international acclaim. Chef instructors and students have won many local, national and international competitions. Our student chefs and wait staff look forward in serving you.
The faculty includes four certified master chefs and seven certified executive chefs.
The success of the program is acclaimed internationally. The fine dining experience is enhanced by the beautiful new dining room and excellent service.

Breakfast Buffet
Culinary Art students prepare an elaborate breakfast with many wonderful choices. Stroll through the kitchen and make your selections Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 to 9:30am. The cost is $7 per person. Carry-out is not available.
The Breakfast Buffet will resume in September.
Lunch Service
The American Harvest Restaurant is open for lunch on Fridays this summer from May 15 to July 31. The menu includes sandwich selections, a salad buffet, desserts, and beverages. Reservations can be made online or by calling (734) 462-4488.
Dinner Service
Enjoy superb dining in a beautiful setting at reasonable prices.
Please join second-year students in the International and American Cuisine class, under the direction of Certified Executive Chef Shawn Loving, as they prepare American regional cuisine favorites. Pan-seared salmon, slow-roasted chicken with fresh herbs, and prime cut steaks along with seasonal soups and delicious appetizers will be offered.
The menu will also feature weekly themed international cuisine, climaxing the week with an extravagant buffet on Friday.

American Harvest Restaurant
The American Harvest Restaurant is located in the VisTaTech Center on the north side of Schoolcraft College’s campus in Livonia. Its décor includes custom-made tables, service armoires, glass sculptures and slate flooring. Single rosebuds and a relaxed atmosphere add to your dining pleasure. Beer and wine are available each evening.
