American Harvest Restaurant

The Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts Department welcomes you to our student operated restaurant, the American Harvest. Our culinary arts program has received both national and international acclaim. Chef instructors and students have won many local, national and international competitions. Our student chefs and wait staff look forward in serving you.

The faculty includes four certified master chefs and seven certified executive chefs.

The success of the program is acclaimed internationally. The fine dining experience is enhanced by the beautiful new dining room and excellent service.

Lunch Service

Savor a gourmet lunch prepared and served in Schoolcraft College’s student-operated restaurant, the American Harvest. The menu, which changes daily, includes freshly baked breads, soup, salad, a choice of entrée, and a selection from the tempting dessert table. All items on the menu are à la carte. Students work under the direction of award-winning Certified Master Chef Shawn Loving.

The American Harvest Restaurant is open Tuesday, May 13 through Friday, August 15. Lunch is served Tuesday through Friday. Seatings available from 11:30am to 1:45pm.
