The work of the Schoolcraft College Foundation is deeply rooted in the belief that a gift to education is a gift that continues to have lifelong benefits to students and to the community. These are tough time for our state, our community and our families. An investment to education, however, remains unchanged and its dividends create hope, ensure the future and transform lives. Your participation in our events is truly an investment in the future of our community.

Schoolcraft Foundation events enhance our mission to support the programs, purposes and initiatives of Schoolcraft College. They are also a way for alumni, donors, friends and community members to become involved and engaged in the life of the College. Most importantly, these events provide much needed financial support for Schoolcraft’s students.

Sunday, September 27, 2009 – 2 - 5 PM – VisTaTech Center, Schoolcraft College

Schoolcraft College Foundation is delighted to sponsor Culinary Extravaganza, a celebration of fine food that brings together students, food professionals and the southeastern Michigan community. Culinary Extravaganza provides the opportunity for you to sample some of the finest culinary delicacies from the most notable restaurants, pastry shops and beverage vendors in the metropolitan area right here at Schoolcraft College.

More importantly, Culinary Extravaganza provides the opportunity for you to support Schoolcraft College students. Scholarships make education a reality for many of our students. Your participation helps our students to succeed and reach their educational goals.

Tickets are $50 – $20 is a charitable contribution. For an up-to-date listing of participating restaurants, see the registration info.

Raffle tickets also help our fundraising efforts and are available for on-line purchase at $5 each or 3 for $10. The drawing will be held at Culinary Extravaganza on Sunday, September 27th. You need not be present to win.

  • 1st Place: $1000 Cash
  • 2nd Place: $500 Cash
  • 3rd & 4th Place: $250 Cash
  • 5th, 6th & 7th Place: Dinner for Two at American Harvest

Sponsorship packages ranging from $5,000 to $300 are available and offer additional benefits.
