I tried to use the on-line databases available through the Schoolcraft library but was unable to get any hits for my topic. I am sure that something must be available but am not sure of what other search terms to use. Next time I am on campus, I should talk to one of the reference librarians. |
In this example, the student did not fear writing that she had been unsuccessful in her attempt at finding information in one of the library databases because she knew that sometimes we are not successful the first time we try learning a new skill. But rather than give up in frustration—which would have constituted failure—the student identified a strategy for a next step that will likely prove helpful.
