Taking Research Notes

Overview

This tutorial is designed to help you learn how to take effective notes while preparing to write a research paper.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this learning activity, you will:

Content

"Taking Research Notes" can be completed as an on-line exercise or in-class.

Faculty members who do not have Internet access in their classrooms can request a copy of Writing Fellows PowerPoint Presentation #002 which includes similar information as is found in this on-line tutorial.
