Course Description

Balance and strength exercises are a total fitness approach designed to help boost confidence and improve flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina. Improve your muscle strength and balance while targeting major muscle groups. Regular exercise and strengthening techniques have been proven to help prevent people from falling or sustaining injuries. Floor work and hand equipment will be used.
