Course Description

This exciting muscle toning workout will help you get your heart rate into your training zone. Designed for all ages and levels of fitness, this workout is great for improving cardiovascular and muscle strength at the same time. It also adds variety for those interested in cross-training. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.
