Course Description

Looking for more intensity in your Pilates workout? Take it up a notch! Enjoy an invigorating routine that leaves you feeling stretched and toned. Gain stamina, balance, and endurance as you move through a mat Pilates workout. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class. Prerequisite: Pilates I or previous experience.
