Basic Clinical Massage for the Low Back
Gain effective tools to address the muscles involved in low back dysfunction. Increase your understanding of the anatomy and bio-dynamics of the pelvis and lumbar spine. Learn to recognize patterns of dysfunction and assess, activate and release affected muscles by use of trigger point and other reflex points, fascial release, stretching and strengthening movements. Bring two sheets, a pillow, two pillow cases and massage oil. Wear loose fitting clothing. Prerequisite: must be a graduate of a massage therapy program.
