Authentic Mexican Cuisine - The Ultimate Experience: Hands-on


Course Description

Learn to make traditional and authentic Mexican food with your own two hands from Mexican native, Chef Ana Perez. Each class will offer a total new cooking experience with an assortment of distinctive entrees, side dishes, soups and desserts. See and taste the distinctive flavors, variety of spices and ingredients, and colorful decoration of Mexican cuisine. Bring a little piece of Mexico home to your family. Bring a tool kit with the following: paring, chef and bread knives; peeler; spatula; dough cutter; pastry brush; thermometer; and measuring spoons. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101 Skill Development or with instructor's approval.
