Crime Alert: Unwanted Touching

Subject Information: Dark Skin Black Male, Mid 30's, heavy set with a large stomach, very thin mustache and beard, black unknown baseball cap, black short sleeve t-shirt, blue jean pants, glasses, purple and white gym type shoes, long dirty fingernails. The subjects side teeth were also stained brown. The above described subject asked a female to talk with him outside of Lower Waterman on Tuesday. The subject made verbal advances toward the female and asked if he could hug her but she told him no. He asked several times and although told no, he wrapped his arms around her and hugged her and she pushed the subject away and held her face away from him as she said he had a foul odor. The subject told the victim that he is a student and is on campus Tues, Wed, and Thurs. This subject is believed to be the same person who asked if he could rub a female student's feet in the Library on Monday, although no contact was made. This case is still being actively investigated; if you see the subject contact Campus Security Police immediately at 4424 from any campus phone or 734-462-4424 from your cell.
