Student Activities

Learn and be guided on proper workout techniques and get updated information about nutrition, body mechanics, proper lifting techniques, etc. As a group, we set goals and help push each other to reach them and support each other in the quest for good fitness!


Provide an opportunity for students to come together with the common goal of working out regularly with other like-minded students to maintain or improve fitness levels (strength and cardio) in a supportive environment on campus.
