International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Overview

“ITAR Certification” is a common catch phrase heard within the world of Government contracting. It is critical that manufacturing and technology companies have an understanding of the requirements of this certification and who needs it. Violation of these certification requirements can result in up to $500,000 in penalties. Please join us as we host a discussion led by Kevin Lasser, CEO of Encryption Security Solutions. Kevin obtained ITAR compliance for his own company and since then, has begun to assist others with the process. Topics covered will include the services and technologies that are affected by these regulations, the procedures companies must enact in order to comply, and the penalties involved with non-compliance.
