The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) of Schoolcraft College is your resource for government contracting assistance. The nationwide PTA program is authorized and in the President’s budget. Therefore, congress must add funding each year to enable us to serve our small business clients. This is why the support of our clients and legislators is so important. The products and services we provide to our clients contain minimal or no fees because of our grant-funding.
If our PTAC is to continue receiving funds, we must report the contracts we award clients to our funding sources. Every quarter we send a Quarterly Customer Renewal Form (QCRF) which requests that clients provide information on their contract awards and rate their satisfaction with our services. This form is extremely important to the continuation of our center.
When you report your contracts it gives us the necessary information to show our funding sources that we are doing our jobs. Additionally, the satisfaction survey reflects how we meet clients’ needs or how we may better assist them. We love being here to help our clients sell their product or service to the government, whether by providing specs or procurement histories, creating and hosting helpful workshops, or holding individual counseling sessions to address a client’s specific needs. Please help us continue to be here for you by returning your QCRF each quarter.
