You may be taking online courses at Schoolcraft College because it is more convenient for you due to work schedules, family obligations or any number of reasons. However, when you have questions or problems arise our support staff may not always be available when you are.

In order to help you resolve any problems on your own we have posted this Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) section. The most common questions and problems that arise are addressed here so that you can find solutions, get insight on how online course processes work, and know who to contact when a particular problem isn't answered here.

We encourage you to check here before contacting our support staff. This section is updated as questions to our support staff become more common and since Blackboard is available 24 hours a day and we are not, you just might be able to resolve your issue in a more timely manner by looking for answers here.
