knowledge by 2050. Lifelong learning will be a way of life.

Schoolcraft will offer employees several structured ways to exercise their individual and collective learning, to generate and share information, to turn information into knowledge and to apply that knowledge to their work here at the College.
Quality Events will include SEM Sessions, Café Conversations, and Planning Symposiums.
Structured Training curriculum will focus on developing systems thinking, project management, and meeting management skills. Conceptual training will include quality principles, process mapping, business intelligence, creativity and innovation.
Idea Generator will be an internal Wiki used to exchange learning and function as an idea incubator.
