Our chefs, are the foundation of one of the finest culinary arts training programs in the country. Talent doesn’t begin to describe the attributes of our celebrated Chefs. They’re passionate. Skillful. Diverse. And each is a visionary in all things culinary.
With four Certified Master Chefs, and four Certified Executive Chefs, this constitutes greater CMC-to-student ratio than any other culinary faculty school in the United States. Currently, only 66 individuals hold the CMC designation, the American Culinary Federation’s top honor. It’s this distinction that makes Schoolcraft – and American Harvest Restaurant – truly unique.
